# Scheduling Backups

### Navigate to **Backups** from the dashboard and then click on **Create New**

### Configure Backup Details

Select the **Project**, choose the **Instance or Volume** for which you want to schedule the backup.

Set the **Backup Interval** (e.g., daily or weekly), and specify the **preferred time** for the backup and then click on **Create** to finalize.
