Upgrading your VM Configuration

This article explains how to upgrade your VM to a higher configuration in Neon Cloud.

Important Note: Instances can only be upgraded to higher configurations. Downgrading to a lower configuration is currently not supported.

Steps are as follows:

Access Plan Change Option

Navigate to Instances, select the desired instance, and go to VM Settings → Change Plan.

Configure Upgrade

Select the required VM configuration, confirm the billing cycle, review the changes, and click on Change Plan to proceed.

Reboot the Instance

Once the instance is successfully upgraded, reboot the instance to ensure the changes take effect.
