This AUP defines allowed and prohibited uses of Neon Cloud. Violations may result in suspension or termination.

Prohibited content & activities

• Illegal content, IP infringement, spam, malware, DDoS

• Unauthorized access, scanning, or exploitation attempts

• Hosting or distributing harmful code or phishing kits

• Interference with platform stability or other customers

Network & email

• Outbound email may require warm-up and SPF/DKIM setup

• Port blocks may apply for abuse prevention; request unblocks via support

Security obligations

• Keep OS/applications patched; rotate keys/passwords

• Use firewall rules and 2FA; apply least-privilege RBAC

Reporting abuse
