Roles

• Customer: Controller of customer data

• Neon Cloud: Processor of customer data

Security measures (summary)

• Access controls, encryption in transit/at rest, logging, incident response

Data subject requests

• We assist with requests (access, correction, deletion) as per the DPA

Execution

• The DPA is incorporated by reference into the ToS or signed separately upon request (contact [email protected])
